Solon Hu is an Accredited Specialist in Property Law. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts/Education from the University of New South Wales, Solon is able to combine the two to effectively communicate legal concepts to his clients with ease.

Solon’s main areas of legal practice include property law, where he acts for developers in high-value off-the-plan projects, as well as collective purchases of all lots within a strata scheme. He has also worked on high-value commercial property transactions, worth over $30 million. Solon has acted on thousands of residential purchase/sale transactions in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria.

In addition to his property law expertise, Solon has also advised clients on leasing matters, including retail and commercial office leases. He has provided advice on leases for clients from large international companies with subsidiaries in Australia and dealt with leasing disputes.
