Simon Kang

Simon Kang is a key member of our Corporate and Commercial Law and Property Law teams.

Simon is passionate in advocating for SME’s and the many challenges that small/medium business operator’s face. From company structures, transactions, employee matters, dispute resolution, debt management, complex negotiations, joint ventures, compliance and company restructure, Simon brings on board significant hands on experience working with and in successful SME’s across a facet of industries.

Simon represents a broad range of commercial clients from including:

– Property Management and Real Estate;
– Automotive;
– Human Resource Management and Recruitment;
– Marketing, Events and Music;
– Social Services and NDIS providers;
– Building and construction;
– Hospitality and Security;
– Technology.

Prior to coming to the Law, Simon worked as a Corporate Partnerships Manager for major projects and brands in Australia including State and Federal Government Projects, major Australian Universities, and some of Australia’s biggest Music and Marketing companies.

Simon also commenced and operated numerous successful businesses which he has now sold to focus exclusively in law. It is during his time as an owner/operator that he generated his passion for advocating for SME operators.

Simon has also completed a degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
