Russell is a member of our Corporate and Commercial and Property teams and specialises in commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Longton Legal, Russell worked at industry leading banking and finance firms advising and acting for non-bank lenders on loan arrangements, recovery of funds and securities, and drafting bespoke lending agreements.
Russell is also experienced in the recovery of legal costs and acting for insurers in financial lines and motor vehicle accident matters.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and Bachelor of Laws (graduate) from the University of Notre Dame Australia. He completed his Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2017.
