Patrick Pagin

Patrick forms part of our litigation team and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014. Soon after his admission, he was appointed as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of New South Wales where he gained valuable insight and in-court experience.

Since that time, Patrick has worked in various boutique and large national firms with a focus on dispute resolution and litigation. Whilst Patrick predominantly acts for corporations that find themselves in disputes of a commercial nature, he also acts for individuals in a wide variety of disputes. Patrick has represented clients in several jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the Land & Environment Court of New South Wales.

Patrick is experienced in resolving a diverse range of disputes, including all types of property disputes relating to ownership, easements, and caveats; various contractual disputes, including commercial, retail and residential leasing; debt disputes, including statutory demands and winding-up applications; and, tree and hedge disputes, where Patrick frequently appears for clients as solicitor advocate before the Land & Environment Court.
