Nutchaya was admitted as a lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court in February 2023. She speaks fluently in both English and Thai and also holds a current Thai Attorney Licence in Thailand having previously practised as an Attorney in Thailand for many years.
Nutchaya has extensive experience in Immigration Law. She has been practising Immigration Law in Australia since 2016 and has assisted many clients with Partner visas, Parent visas, Visitor visas, Student visas, Temporary Skill Shortage visas, Graduate visas, Resident Return visas and Australian Citizenship applications. Nutchaya also has experience in appeal applications in the AAT.
Apart from Immigration Law, Nutchaya also practises in Commercial Law and regularly assists clients with business matters including purchase/sale of business and commercial and retail leasing.
Nutchaya values her clients, and she enjoys working closely with her clients. Nutchaya believes that building a strong relationship with her clients will help her understand her clients’ perspectives, ultimately assisting her achieve her clients’ desired outcomes.
