With nearly a decade of experience in the Australian legal sector, Mandy provides legal solutions across compliance, governance and advisory across different industries.  Mandy has worked in-house at leading retailer and ASX-listed company, where she is responsible for drafting and reviewing key company policies, reviewing agreements and tender documents, supporting company secretarial functions and conducting legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.  In Mandy’s previous role, she played a key role in the development of a comprehensive Modern Slavery Policy and Action Plan into the operational framework and ensuring compliance with the Modern Slavery Act. Mandy’s role was important in mitigating risks and fostering stakeholder engagement.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales and admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
