Eddy Vay

Eddy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in property law and conveyancing.

Since his admission as a lawyer, Eddy has represented a broad base of clientele in a range of areas of law including construction law, contract law and probate law. He has handled thousands of property transactions including the sale and purchase of businesses, the acquisition and subdivision of land, joint venture agreements, and commercial and retail leasing.

Eddy speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese and his clients come from all walks of life ranging from individuals to small businesses through to large corporations and companies.

Eddy’s experience also covers various aspects of contract law and dispute resolution. Eddy’s clients often turn to him for advice and representation not only on property transactions but also on business and personal related issues such as the preparation of wills, trusts, estates, applying for grants of Probate, partnerships and disputes, and contract law.
