David joined Longton as a Senior Associate in 2022. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in 2015.

David is focused on helping those going through a difficult period of their lives. He is an experienced litigator and negotiator. His practice areas include superannuation, motor vehicle matters, public liability claims and wills and estates. He has been involved in District and Supreme Court matters.

Alternate Dispute Resolution is one of David’s strong interests. He considers mediation a most effective tool in achieving the best outcome for clients. David recently completed the requisite mediation course to become qualified as an accredited mediator.

David enjoys the personal interaction involved in discussions with clients and will provide strategic and timely advice to resolve disputes as expeditiously as possible with the clients’ interests considered paramount.
