Darrell assists high net worth individuals, business owners and families with complex commercial disputes in a very broad range of commercial situations. Darrell has conducted court proceedings in various state and federal courts especially in NSW, Queensland and Victoria including the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Papua New Guinea.
Darrell is a NSW Law Society accredited specialist in commercial litigation and a member of the NSW Law Society’s Specialist Accreditation Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee. Darrell moved to Brisbane for 13 years and was accredited by the Queensland Law Society (QLS) as an accredited specialist in commercial litigation. Darrell was for several years a member of the QLS commercial litigation specialist accreditation advisory committee.
Darrell is an adjunct lecturer in the College of Law’s specialist Masters of Law (LLM) in Commercial Litigation educating practicing solicitors and barristers about commercial disputes. He was previously an officer in the Australian Army Reserve for over 20 years.
Darrell uses his experience, skills and connections to put together a multidisciplinary team to fight for you in a commercial battle. He is guided by Sun Tzu in his strong belief that victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.
