Monica joined Longton Legal in 2017 after completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Bond University and meeting the requirements for admission to the Supreme Court of Queensland. She holds the degree of Juris Doctor with Bond University and was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship due to her excellent performance during the language course.
During her study in Australia, she was working for an Accredited Specialist Practice specifically in Commercial Law, Immigration Law, and Personal Injury. Through her experiences, Monica has developed a reliable network within the legal profession.
Previous to her admission as an Australian solicitor, she had graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University (China) with a Bachelor of Laws. She has also completed an internship at one of the top-tier law firms in China focusing on the areas of Foreign Direct Investment Law and Capital Market.
Currently based in our Shanghai office, Monica mainly focuses on Australian Real Estate and Property Law and has assisted many overseas clients in ensuring their property transactions in Australia are safe and smooth. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
